Amit Poddar brings over two decades of technology leadership experience across global organizations in finance, e-commerce, and performance marketing.

Before joining Shutterfly, Amit served as Global CTO for Home Experts at HomeServe, where he led technology and product innovation for a lead generation platform that helps home service and legal professionals efficiently acquire new customers.

Prior to HomeServe, Amit was Vice President and Fellow at American Express, where he spearheaded the company’s modernization strategy —driving the transformation of core financial transaction-processing platforms from legacy mainframes to a cloud-native architecture.

Earlier in his career, Amit held senior technology leadership roles at Toys“R”Us and Priceline.com, building scalable platforms and enabling business growth through technology-driven innovation.
