As a company, we are taking intentional action to advance our DEI work across the pillars of inclusion, talent attraction and development, and business processes. In 2021, we signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge, committing to nurturing a safe and open workplace environment, advancing unconscious bias education, and sharing our actions over the coming years with both a coalition of fellow CEOs, and more broadly with the public. We proactively ensure that our job opportunities are made available to candidates across diverse profiles by participating in a wide range of career fairs, and with the Professional Diversity Network. Internally, we celebrate our diverse population through Employee Resource Groups, events, networking and development opportunities.
