We also know that not everyone has the same opportunity to participate equally in life’s milestone moments, and through the Open Door Project, we’re on a mission to help open doors to all.  Today, on National Friendship Day, we’re launching the Power of Inclusion, a movement encouraging all of us to share an extra smile, say hello, and help create a more inclusive world.

We’ve teamed up with our Open Door Project partner, Best Buddies, to help shine a spotlight on the magic of friendship.  See what Best Buddies participants have to say, in their own words, about the joy of being included. And we’ve also created an Inclusion Toolkit, with tips and tricks to take action – either for yourself or those around you.

Starting today, we’re using our social platforms to invite our followers and customers to join us in downloading the toolkit, and learning more about the power of inclusion.  Follow along on Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok.  And more importantly, next time you see someone needing a friend, take these ideas for a spin. Because the sooner we invite ALL people to the party, the sooner we ALL get to dance.
