Non-Exempt employees accrue Paid Time off (PTO), which combines vacation and sick time together so you have more control over when and how to spend time off. Exempt employees are eligible for Discretionary Time Off (DTO), which allows you to take time off as needed. We also offer 12 paid holidays.

There are many different fertility and family-building journeys, which is why we offer family planning and support benefits including fertility benefits, surrogacy & adoption assistance, and LGBTQ+ family-building counseling and support to help guide you through your journey.

One of the most important moments in life is welcoming a child, whether by birth, surrogacy, adoption, or foster care. We provide paid maternity leave for up to 14 weeks through a combination of disability for 10 weeks at 70% of base pay and paid parental leave for 4 weeks at 100% of base pay. Non-birth parents are eligible for paid parental leave for up to 4 weeks at 100% of base pay for bonding post-birth or adoption.

Pets are Dependents Too! Shutterfly values pet owners and is proud to offer pet insurance through ASCPA and 24/7 virtual vet care through Airvet. We also offer a variety of discounts for pet prescriptions, food, sitting services, supplies and more through the Shutterfly Discount Marketplace.
