Non-Exempt employees accrue Paid Time off (PTO), which combines vacation and sick time together so you have more control over when and how to spend time off. Exempt employees are eligible for Discretionary Time Off (DTO), which allows you to take time off as needed. We also offer 12 paid holidays.

We provide paid maternity leave for up to 14 weeks through a combination of disability for 10 weeks at 70% of base pay and paid parental leave for 4 weeks at 100% of base pay. Non-birth parents are eligible for paid parental leave for up to 4 weeks at 100% of base pay for bonding post-birth or adoption.
